- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons+1½ cups Frank’s Redhot buffalo wing sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Place ground chicken in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the bread crumb mixture to the ground chicken. Add in the beaten egg and 3 tablespoons of buffalo wing sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Divide the ground chicken mixture into 32 portions and shape each portion into a meatball.

Pour about half a cup of buffalo wing sauce over the browned meatballs. Roll the meatballs around in the sauce until well coated. Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Pour the remaining buffalo sauce over the meatballs just before serving.
Tips
Instead of deep frying the meatballs you can also choose to grill them.
